Privacy notice
Effective October 9, 2026
Crown, Loza & Mekhail Tax Services respects your privacy. This notice describes information involved when you visit this website or contact us through its form or email link. It does not replace any separate client privacy notice, engagement letter, or consent that may apply to tax preparation services.
Information we receive
If you use the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you enter. The form is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our business email. Web3Forms processes submissions and may perform spam screening; its own privacy policy describes its data handling and retention practices. Please review Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its data practices. If you email us, we receive your address and information you choose to send. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. We do not use advertising scripts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance; it does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How we use and share it
We use inquiries to respond, evaluate whether we can help, and arrange next steps. Service providers that host the site, store form submissions, or deliver email may process information to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not use this website to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and choices
We retain inquiries as needed for business records and applicable obligations; the period depends on the circumstances. Contact Tax@CrownLozaMekhail.com to ask about or request a correction to information you sent. Please do not include tax documents, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in the form or ordinary email.
Tracking and changes
This site does not use cross-site tracking scripts installed by us, so it does not make a separate change in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal. The external form service and any spam-prevention services have their own data practices. Submitting the form takes you to the external service. We will post material changes here and update the effective date.
